The outdoor entertainment area is great. Lots of glass makes the house seem bigger than it is. Beautiful interior decoration.

perfect for a smal 1. 3 persons crew youcan cook, shower Sleep and get protection from the Elements Rain .cold heat!!dont have to have 2 jobs and dont have to work seven days week to pay the OUTRAGEOUS Mortgages!!! Plus you help Mother nature Conserve Resources!! thanksfor Sharing@@

Outdoor living and dining areas are very nice. Very rustic. Being elevated is great protection from ocean surge and flooding.

Lovely exterior. The interior is very bland, bedrooms need an interior designer to inject some warmth.

I like is the outdoor entertainment area, the swimming pool, BBQ/kitchen and dining area.

5 bedrooms no dining room. Every room is much too small. Not worth $1million. I hope it sits on the market forever at that outrageous price.

How much it cost to build this?

I understand prices of everything are going through the roof, laboring costs, professional finish and the difficulities of building in such an area, but as nice as this home is I wouldn't pay 600k for this. Home just seems placed in woods, I don't see the views to costs that extra 300k with ease. I would need to see a river and more grounds, knowing I could do more with the area too!

Are they winterized for northern climates? I live in Anchorage, Alaska, USA.
